Python is a common first language for freshers, and many institutes in Bangalore offer a course. They are not all the same, so it helps to know what to ask before you pay. This guide gives six questions to ask any institute, including us.
1. What exactly is in the syllabus?
Ask for the topic list in writing. A Python Full Stack course usually covers core Python and object-oriented programming, data structures, exception handling, a web framework such as Django, a database such as MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, REST APIs and Git. Compare what you are given with what the course page says. For a topic-by-topic outline of ours, read Python Full Stack Course in Bangalore: What You Learn in 5 Months.
2. Will you build projects?
Ask which projects you will build and whether you can see an example. A small project you built yourself shows more than a list of topics. See Your first Django CRUD project: a beginner portfolio checklist for what a first project should include.
3. Is it Python Full Stack or Python only?
Core Python teaches the language. Python Full Stack adds the web side: a framework, a database and a front end. Decide which one matches the roles you want. If you are unsure between Python and Java, read Java or Python: which full stack course suits a fresher?
4. Classroom or live online?
Pick the mode you will actually attend every week. Our comparison, Online or classroom IT training: which suits you?, lists what to weigh.
5. What does placement support include?
Ask what the support covers and put the terms in writing. Placement support is help with your job search, not a job guarantee. Our checklist, What to check in an IT course with placement support, gives the questions to ask.
6. Can you attend a demo class first?
A demo class lets you judge the teaching before you pay. See what to expect in a free demo class at ScholarLogic.
