🎯 Responsibilities (Applicable Across Roles)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather operational data and examine historical performance.

  • Identify key patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for business strategy, process improvement, and solution optimization.

  • Translate complex datasets into consumer behavior insights, driving segmentation and personalized strategies.

  • Recommend enhancements for business operations and strategic opportunities.

  • Engage in exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, as well as qualitative insights to support engineering and product decisions.

  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to implement and iterate on decision-making strategies.

  • Evaluate and integrate new data sources, tools, and technologies for continuous innovation.

  • Ensure high standards of compliance, risk management, and ethical behavior, aligned with corporate policies and local regulations.


✅ Qualifications

  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or technology leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and agile teams.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and enterprise architecture (preferred for senior roles).


🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Equivalent hands-on experience with certifications may also be considered.
